I'm uniquely positioned to help these families for a couple of reasons.
My passion for sleep consulting came out of necessity. There are literally thousands of families in this area alone who are suffering through the frustration of sleepless nights with their babies and toddlers - and there has been nobody for them to turn to...until now.
My program gives these parents the answers they are looking for. By meeting with a professional child sleep consultant, they are able to develop a customized , easy-to-follow plan that shows them exactly what steps they need to take in order to quickly and easily solve their child's sleep problems. The Program stresses the importance of letting children learn how to soothe themselves into a deep, restful sleep.
First, I struggled with my own child's sleep problems, so I know precisely how these parents are feeling. I understand the feelings of helplessness, exhaustion and confusion of being a new parent who isn't getting the sleep they need to be the best parent they can be. It was my own personal success with the Sleep Sense Method that inspired me to become a professional sleep consultant, and look forward to helping you and your family achieve the same results that my recent clients have been enjoying.
Secondly, I have received extensive personal training from Dana Obleman, the creator of the Sleep Sense Program and was once certified as a Sleep Sense Consultant before deciding to venture off on my own. Dana's methods have helped over 30,000 families solve these very problems and I am very honored to have learned from her and feel fully qualified to teach my methods in this area.
The bottom line is that my job is to help families be as happy and healthy as they can be - and one of the most important ingredients in that equation is a good night's sleep for everyone in the family. Either through one-on-one consultations or through group seminars, this is what my passion is, and that is what my job is in this community.
